Welcome to your Cleanse.
Your intention: to rest the digestive
tract, detoxify and cleanse the body
and boost your immune system
By removing toxins and cleansing,
this allows the body to rejuvenate.
There are many different fasts and
cleanses, from juice to water and
each can vary in length, this is a
nutritional cleanse. I have
participated in many fasts with
excellent results.

I have conducted
fasts on Yoga retreats where the
participants were practicing, up to five hours a day.
*There are 6 different beverages to consume during the day.
*Begin the day with an herbal decaffeinated tea or plain water with lemon juice.
*Drink each beverage in the order given every 2-3 hours from the time you receive them
until no later than 8.00pm. (Or at least 2 hours before bed)
*It is very important to drink plenty of water during this time at least 1 8oz glass between
each beverage.
*If you suffer from constipation you must drink more water than usual, you may want to
take something to help your elimination process. I would suggest oxy mag or swiss kriss.

Using a castor oil pack can also help this process. Please ask for help if you have any
difficulties.
*If you drink coffee I strongly recommend cutting down your intake. However if you abstain
completely be aware that you will no doubt feel the effects with a headache and possible
irritability (this may not be good) Substituting green tea for coffee is helpful, when you are
reducing your coffee intake.
It is my experience that you will receive adequate nutrition to continue your normal daily
activities, unless you are extremely active. If this is a huge challenge or you have any
questions concerning the cleanse please do not hesitate to contact me.
*Anyone with any major health issues should definitely contact their physician first. There
are certain medical conditions where fasting is not advised, if you are pregnant, diabetic or
taking certain medications. Please be mindful of your present conditions.
*If you have any food allergies especially to nuts please contact me immediately.
Remember to drink plenty of water during the cleanse, if you are a little low in energy add a
few grains of sea salt to your water, this will have amazing results.
Dry brushing, steams and sauna are excellent ways to increase circulation and remove toxins,
I strongly recommend trying this and also participating in some form of cardiovascular
exercise each day.
In general be kind, gentle and allowing to your body.
