After
a cooked meal most people will feel their energy drop,
sometimes to a point of needing a nap.
What this means
is that the body needs time to break down the foods that
are devoid of enzymes destroyed by cooking and needs to
produce these enzymes in the body, this takes extra
energy.
Within a few weeks of eating live foods you will notice a change in energy, you will
require less sleep, become more alert and you will perform better both physically and
mentally. This is because the seratonin and dopamine levels in the brain become more
balanced.
The following foods when eliminated from ones diet could show significant changes in the
way you will feel.
These foods are drugs they have addictive qualities:
Bread
Sugar
Coffee
Tea
Alcohol
Pasta
Try to Avoid all whites which are all Starch:

Be mindful of your family history when you are taking these foods into your body and
perhaps you will be able to prevent some of these conditions by substituting with more fresh
vegetables and fruit.
